# Scottish Technology Club Bulletin — Week 33, 2024

Welcome to another weekly bulletin. In the last week Rory posted Part 2 of his series on [Choropleth mapping house sale prices with D3](https://creatingwithdata.com/choropleth-mapping-house-sale-prices-part-2/), Ljupche posted a video on "[is working at a tech startup good?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_dt2CTsnnA)", and The
Data Lab streamed their [Geospatial data fringe launch event](https://www.youtube.com/live/5Vy3nFKotwM?si=fHRNIOGpxbWWwImZ&t=383).

I've started giving the website a bit of a refresh, adding a [video library](https://www.scottishtechnology.club/videos/), [mentoring](https://www.scottishtechnology.club/mentoring/) and [what's on](https://www.scottishtechnology.club/whats-on/) pages. I have posted the first video to our library from which is from GlasgowJS in April where [Kelsey Murphy discusses green software](https://www.scottishtechnology.club/videos/e8civ0hody-kelsey-green-tech). Thanks to [ScotlandIS](https://www.scotlandis.com/) for supporting the recording!

Keep an eye out for more videos in the coming weeks!
