A highlight of the week in the Scottish tech community is the new Scottish DevTools Meetup run by Cam Blackwood and Alan Mathieson. The first event is on Tuesday in Edinburgh, and is sure to be useful for folks who want to get building! This week I’ll be running GlasgowJS with a talk on Best Practices for AI-Assisted Programming, and next week an EdinburghJS on migrating from WordPress to Astro.

I’ve published a new section on the website for listing Coworking spaces. Our community is all about connecting people - so having a list of places that people like to hang out and work together is a great way of facilitating that. We have a Github Repo where I’ll maintain the list. Many thanks to the folks who have already contributed with a PR. The page is very basic at the moment, but as we get additional content I’ll provide filtering tools and try to gather more data. Please do feel free to contribute!
