This Tuesday I’m running GlasgowJS featuring a talk on “Local first” software by Ryan Biwer. You can RSVP on Meetup to secure your spot. This is the last GlasgowJS meetup of the year, so please do come along as the next chance to socialise and network with fellow JS devs in Glasgow will be in January.

It’s a busy week for other meetups across the Central Belt, including JavaScript, .NET, Ruby, Cloud Native and the “State of the Map” conference in Dundee at the weekend.

The Umbraco meetups in Glasgow and Edinburgh are merging to form “Umbraco Scotland”:

The Umbraco community in Scotland is strong and we are hoping to make us even stronger with our new community group Umbraco Scotland! For this initiative, our separate meetups across Glasgow and Edinburgh will join forces. We will be hosting events (in person and virtual) and championing Scotland in the Umbraco community. We’d love to support local developers to share their knowledge and gain experience in speaking, open source contributions or even attending their first meetup
